New Build, Cambridgeshire
Scope of works – site clearance and groundworks for a new build in Cambridgeshire.
A project we completed in 2019 for a private customer taking on a self build for a 6,000 sq ft house.
We carried out all works up to DPC ready for the timber frame. This involved digging and concreting footings and the supply and fit of block and beam floor. This project was specialised and included the digging and creation of a wine cellar.
All work was completed on time and on budget to a high standard.
